After this, alongside the instrumental interlude, the lighting choreography of the main riff would be utilised again, to then end the song with the layered flames accompanying the last "Zeig dich!"-chants. The end of the bridge would be marked by a big flare-up of the front stage flames. With the bridge, the Rammstein-logo-turned-crucifix would be temporarily replaced by the hooded figures again and all the lights would be turned off.
The pre-chorus to the second chorus would differ from the previous ones as the stage lights would not be flashing to every beat, but instead only certain notes of the instrumental alongside the drums, until ultimately transitioning into the chorus light choreography again. As the words "Zeig dich!" were chanted in the chorus, the lights would quickly flash up brighter than before, highlighting the name-giving words of the song. At the same time, the lights would begin flashing to every beat instead of once per bar.ĭuring the chorus, the smaller individual lights on the stage would move from the edge to the center again, albeit slower than when the main riff played at the beginning of the song.

This would be broken up by the pre-chorus "Zeig dich!"-chants, where first the fire fountains on the front of the stage and shortly after the ones directly above the band would be set off momentarily, accompanying both words respectively. The image of the five hooded figures would also be replaced by a Rammstein logo that would elongate over the course of the song, eventually forming a stylised crucifix.įor the duration of the verses, the lights would be more static, remaining mostly alight and only alternating between two different rows of the many individual stage lights on every first beat of the bar. Alongside the riff, a flashing white light pattern panning from the outer edge of the stage towards the center and back would be shown, while the big circle lights would flash in a circular motion.

With the drums coming in, the center stage lights on the tower would flash up in white alongside every drum-hit in an upwards motion, until the start of the main riff, where the full lighting setup would finally be utilised. Alongside the choir, the big banner on the front of the main stage tower would slowly move down and show five hooded figures in black, their faces each being replaced by a long, blood-red smudge trailing down the length of the banner.
The beginning would be marked by the distinctive choir chanting in made-up Latin. The live performance followed the same choreography each time it was performed. As such, representing the then newly released 7th studio album, it was a fixed part of the setlist for this tour and played in every show of the 2019 tour leg.
